Mrs. Hundley is a woman who resided in the Strohman's Asylum in 1896.[1]

Biography[]

Mrs. Hundley bore a burn mark on her neck and enjoined talking about fire.[1]

In the asylum, Sarah told Mrs. Hundley that she saw the Lord presented as a great light. Mrs. Hundley said that she was an unreliable narrator because she was in an asylum, but Sarah argued that, if Mrs. Hundley had been outside that day, she'd have seen too. Sarah claimed that He was shaped like a dragonfly and came apart similar to snow or sparks. This last word caught Mrs. Hundley's attention and she began to describe how to discreetly set a house ablaze.[1]

Under the identity of Amalia True, Zephyr Navine sought Mrs. Hundley for speech and etiquette lessons, learning how to pass as a proper English woman.[1]
