Allaven-Tyne is a lord and member of the Prime Minister's council.[1]
Biography[]
In 1899, Lord Allaven-Tyne brings upon the council the necessity to decide the Prime Minister's public position on the Touched. He argues based on women being attacked and accused of witchcraft. Although, he disagrees with Lord Massen that these few anecdotes mean that the London society is being targeted by a greater danger.[1]
The council is at odds regarding Maladie's public execution, specifically Prince Albrecht, who is against the hanging. However, Lord Massen ensures that precautions will be taken to minimize the risk of a potential attack by the Touched. Allaven-Tyne later attends Maladie's execution, where Clara Stowe, disguised as Maladie, kills herself after a group of Touched attempted to rescue her.[2]
